Interaction with Japanese Institute |
There was a healthy exchange of views between officials of the Petroleum Federation of India and the Cosmo Research Institute, Japan at PetroFed office on August 2, 2011. They were represented by their General Manager, Mr. Yuji Tanaka, General Manager and Mr. Tsuyoshi Ohata, Senior Researcher.
They were given a brief on the Indian oil & gas industry by Mr. A. K. Arora, Director General, PetroFed. The Cosmo Research Institute officials shared the Japanese petroleum industry’s strategy to achieve low carbon society in Japan. A similar exchange of views had taken place in February 2010 at PetroFed with the Institute of Energy Economics, Japan.
