Creating a Winning Organisation

Continuous innovation, nimble adaptation to changing market dynamics and strategising for long term growth are some of the essentials for a winning organization. Stating this in his guest lecture on ‘Creating a Winning Organization’ at New Delhi on May 13, 2011, former Chairman, IndianOil Mr. M.S. Ramachandran drew on his wealth of experience to demonstrate what he stated with concrete examples.

Organised under PetroFed’s series of Guest Lectures and thought leadership programmes, the lecture provided rich inputs and food for thought for senior executives of the oil & gas industry present.

Mr. M.S. Ramachandran is Chairman, Indian-Iraq Economic Cooperation Council and an independent Director with ICICI Bank Ltd., Bharat Electronics Ltd., Supreme Petrochem Ltd., Gulf Oil Corporation Ltd. and Ester India Ltd. besides being an adviser to Kakinada Refinery & Petrochemicals Pvt. Ltd. and a member of the Board of Governors of the University of Petroleum & Energy Studies.
