World Petroleum Congress at Johannesburg , South Africa |
Shri S. Behuria, Chairman, IndianOil and DG PetroFed, Sh. A.K. Arora participated in the World Petroleum Congress at Johannesburg , South Africa during September 26-29, 2005 .
The Indian delegation was led by the Secretary, MoP&NG, Sh. S.C. Tripathi who also inaugurated the Indian pavilion at the exhibition where PetroFed publications were displayed and made available. Sh. S.C. Tripathi also chaired the first plenary session of the Conference. Among the country Presentation, the Presentation made by Sh. S.C. Tripathi aroused tremendous response from the delegates in India's rapidly growing Petroleum & Natural Gas sector. S/Shri Talmiz Ahmed, Additional Secretary, MOP&NG; S.Behuria, Chairman IOC & Chairman PetorFed and Butola, Managing Director, OVL also spoke on the Occassion.
Active interest was witnessed in the two PetroFed publications ‘Fuelling India's Growth : Past Trends and Scenarios 2011-12' and ‘Fuelling India's Growth : Vision 2030' at the WPC. Mention was also made of the publications in the WPC daily News Bulletin. The recent issue of PetroFed journal was posted on Petrofed's website on Sepember 27,2005 co-inciding with the Conference.
