Vijay Duggal, DGM, Commercial (CGD), BPCL on March 26, 2010 at New Delhi in PetroFed’s series of Guest Lectures and Thought Leadership Programmes.
Sh. Vijay Duggal, who in the recent past was associated with the development of regulations for CGD Network and Natural Gas Product Pipelines with the Petroleum & Natural Gas Regulatory Board, gave a brilliant overview of natural gas consumption pattern and the key elements for city gas distribution networks.
An intense Q&A session demonstrated the keen interest aroused in the subject among participants.
