Bansal, Director (Planning & BD), IndianOil while delivering his opening remarks as Session Chairman at a Guest Lecture organised on ‘Underground Storage of Natural Gas: An Overview’ by PetroFed on August 27, 2009.  The speaker for the session was Sh. Underground storage, he said, has several advantages in comparison to above ground storage and is environment friendly and strategically safe.
