The Governing Council of the Petroleum Federation of India at its 16th meeting on February 5, 2008 approved admission of the University of Petroleum & Energy Studies (UPES) and M/s Tecnimont ICB as members under the category of Ordinary Membership. With these admissions, the membership of PetroFed goes up to 55.
The Governing Council appreciated the advertisement released to educate the public on the need of increasing prices of MS, HSD, SKO and LPG.
The members of the Governing Council commended the efforts of the team in the secretariat in enhancing value added activities of the Federation.
