The Governing Council of the Petroleum Federation of India at its 14 th meeting on August 20, 2007 welcomed M/s. Adani Energy Limited as the 52nd member of PetroFed. Approval was also accorded for induction of Cambridge Energy Research Associates (CERA) as a member of PetroFed under the category of ‘Ordinary Membership'.
The Governing Council noted that a fresh application had been made to DDA for allotment of institutional land at concessional rate and advised that efforts should continue to be made for seeking space/ land through other avenues.
The Governing Council ratified the amended Awards Scheme as approved by the Awards Committee and also suggested names for the Jury.
The Governing Council approved continuation of Shri A.K. Arora as Director General for a period of two years.
