The 2009 edition of How the energy industry works: an insiders' guide is a full update of the 2008 edition - taking account of the momentous events of the second half of 2008 and the first half of 2009.
The publication is aimed primarily at the academia and university-level students, but can be read by anyone who wants to find out more about how energy works: how oil and gas are discovered, produced, refined and marketed; how power is generated; and how technology has enabled these various process to happen.
